Cabo Airport Shuttle

First time out of the US, ever. I have a wife and two babies so I just wanted to be safe above all else. I booked the private suburban. Once I located the guy outside the airport and gave him my name, he called my driver who was there in 10 minutes. The driver brought the car seats, was super friendly and gave a bunch of good advice on the way there. Safe driving too. The driver on the way back was on time and exactly the same great service. Couldn’t have been a better experience for the first time in Mexico, and definitely helped to feel safe.

Honestly it was a really good experience. Make sure to tell them the exact time that you are arriving, don’t leave a window for them to get there. They WILL be tracking your flight! On the way back we were held back 20 min by the hotel we were checking out of and the driver graciously waited for us and STILL got us to the airport on time! We e really appreciate you guys going out of your way to adjust your rotation for the sake of our sanity. We’ll definitely recommend your service to anyone we know who visits Cabo and needs transportation to/from the airport.

Jonathan was our driver for both airport pick-up and return. He was friendly, and had a wealth of knowledge about the area and freely offered recommendations. He remembered us 4 days later at our return, which was nice. We highly recommend this company. Overall process to book was easy, communication was clear and concise, and we didn’t wait more than 10 minutes to leave the airport.

Pretty solid overall from hotel to airport -- drove safely, car was clean, paper trail was easy with QR codes. Airport pick-up was slightly less fluid, no bottled water, texting while driving, and forgot the kids boosters we paid extra for. We still tipped heavily! Love the website staff transparency and quick e-mail communication. I would definitely use again.

Traveling abroad can be stressful but having a reliable shuttle service to get you to and from your destination can improve your travel experience tremendously. We’re so glad we went with Cabo airport shuttle who were ready for us when we arrived and when it was time for us to depart. We had very little wait times and the drivers were both friendly and professional and got us where we needed to be safely. Our first time in Cabo San Lucas, and we chose the highly regarded Cabo Airport Shuttle to and from our hotel, and they exceeded our expectations. First, the company communications from the minute we made our reservations was timely, informative and professional. Our driver was quickly hailed by the on-site airport staff once we to our assigned “umbrella”. Our driver, Eli, greeted us warmly, opened the doors for my wife and me, then loaded our luggage with care. He told us about our expected drive to our hotel and then engaged us in great conversation which made our drive just fly by. We felt safe and confident in Eli’s driving and he explained how his route was only slowed by the traffic into the Cabo resort area. Our return to the airport at the end of our vacation was just as awesome. Our driver, Hector, arrived early to pick us up from our hotel and he also assisted us into the clean and comfortable SUV, where he had cold bottled water available if we wanted. He too, was easy to talk with, he took a route to the airport that avoided the busy freeway. We arrived ahead of schedule. We will be returning to Cabo San Lucas, and we will definitely be calling Cabo Airport Shuttle for our shuttle needs. Thank you Eli and Hector! ❤️
